Falls Sie ihrerseits mal einen absoluten Spezialist f\u00fcr Frontzahnumbauten, -verl\u00e4ngerungen im besten Level (Vanini like, aber sehr viel g\u00fcnstiger) Bisserh\u00f6hungen mit Jig (nach Dahl) und Aufbau einer 24 Std. KG entlastenden Eckzahnf\u00fchrung alles mit Compositen mit einer 40-j\u00e4hrigen Erfahrung suchen oder mich empfehlen wollen, w\u00fcrde ich mich sehr freuen. Gerne schicke ich Ihnen mal zur Anschauung dieser Techniken einfache, aber aussagestarke Vorher-\/Nachher-Bilder.<\/p>\n

\nSie haben bei mir vor \u00fcber 20 Jahren im noch halbwegs jugendlichen Gebiss eine erfolgreiche Wurzelspitzenresektion durchgef\u00fchrt, nachdem diese vorab mehrfach mit wiederaufkommenden Entz\u00fcndungen bei anderen Zahn\u00e4rzten\/Chirurgen fehlschlug. Soweit ich wei\u00df fanden Sie meinen Fall recht interessant und haben diesen wohl in Ihre Vorlesungen aufgenommen.
\nSehr gerne \u00fcbersende ich Ihnen im Anhang ein R\u00f6ntgenbild aus dem Jahr 2025. Zu sehen ist der behandelte Frontzahn und die beiden benachbarten Implantate, die leider bereits ca. zwei Jahre vorher gesetzt wurden, als wir Ihre Praxis noch nicht kannten. Ich bin au\u00dferordentlich dankbar f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Behandlung des Zahns! Es bestehen seither keinerlei Probleme mit dem Zahn. Beispielsweise bei\u00dfe ich ohne Weiteres in \u00c4pfel.

Es war meine erste Zahnwurzelbehandlung, ich kam angespannt in die Praxis, wusste nicht, was auf mich zukommen w\u00fcrde…<\/p>\n

Ich f\u00fchlte mich dort aber sofort wohl, die ganze Atmosph\u00e4re freundlich und Vertrauen erweckend und auf dem Behandlungsstuhl hatte ich vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment ein sicheres und gutes Gef\u00fchl, gut aufgehoben wie selten bei einem Zahnarzt!!! Ich sah die geschickten H\u00e4nde flink und behend \u00fcber mir arbeiten, war vollkommen entspannt und wusste, dass alles optimal verlaufen w\u00fcrde, ich hatte keine Sekunde Zweifel und \u00c4ngste, auch keine Schmerzen, sp\u00fcrte die gro\u00dfe Kompetenz und Sicherheit, die Erfahrung bei jedem Handgriff!!!<\/p>\n

Ich kann Dr. Pontius und sein Team wirklich nur sehr empfehlen, auch und gerade denjenigen, die generell Angst vor dem Zahnarzt und besonders vor dieser Behandlung haben.<\/p>\n

\u201eAllerdings! Ich bin so froh, dass mein Sohn von Ihnen behandelt wurde.<\/p>\n

Vorher versuchte sich ein normaler Zahnarzt an der Wurzelbehandlung (im Nachherein eine Frechheit !), die wegen zu starker Schmerzen abgebrochen werden musste.<\/p>\n

Wenn ich denke, dass Dr. Pontius meinen Sohn 2,5 h ohne Schmerzen behandelt hat -alles mit hochmodernen Ger\u00e4ten -sollte manch normaler Zahnarzt sich auf das konzentrieren, was er kann: Zahnsteinentfernung, Karies, usw. The tooth with root treatment (dead tooth) is starting to get a inflammation at the top of the root. The very top of the root is not shown on that xray picture, but I can say from what I see.<\/p>\n

The reason is, that the old root filling is not perfect and too short and over the years the remaining bacterias startet to work against you. My advice to you would be, to get the root filling redone properly. BUT!!! There are only a few people in this WORLD, who are able to do that properly. I do network with one of these people and asked him for his opinion in your case.<\/p>\n

His answer: Yes he can renew the old filling properly.<\/p>\n

There are 99% so called specialists who swear, they can do it too. To explain it to you, I use an example: There are people, who have the absolute pitch for Music. They can tell you without technical assistance, if the tune is pure or not. If they tune a piano, they will get a 1000% result. And you cannot learn that. You have it or not.<\/p>\n

Our Specialist for root treatment hast he absolute feeling in his fingers for finding, cleaning and filling root channels. I never in my whole life met someone else with his skills.<\/p>\n

So my advice for you, even i fit is a strong goal. You should come to Germany, we should make an appointment with him and he will save your tooth properly fort he next decades. I know, it is heavy speaking, but because it concerns your health and it was so much work to give you that beautiful smile, there should be made no compromises to keep it. I work with him with root fillings since 2000 and we did not have one failiare until today!!! 100 percent success.<\/p>\n

So if you could combine it with one week holiday, it would be possible. If you would have no place to stay, you can stay with Astrid and me at our house.<\/p>\n

Sie haben mir Mitte des Jahres meinen linken Backenzahn wurzelbehandelt. die Behandlung war unerwarteterweise (nahezu) schmerzfrei (bis auf die wenigen Male, wo sie wohl doch noch auf halblebendige nerven getroffen haben) und sowohl die herzliche Betreuung durch ihre \u201ePraxisgirls\u201c als auch das gesamte Ambiente haben mir sehr gefallen.<\/p>\n

Auch wenn der Zahn noch einmal ger\u00f6ntgt werden muss, kann ich sagen, dass dieser inzwischen v\u00f6llig unauff\u00e4llig ist. Keine Druckempfindlichkeit mehr, auch nicht beim \u201eSelbstversuch\u201c mit dem Klopfen der R\u00fcckseite eines Zahnarztspiegels. ich hoffe, dass sich die Knochensubstanz weiter regeneriert, dies wird die Untersuchung Anfang des Jahres ja zeigen. Vom Gef\u00fchl her, ist jedenfalls alles bestens und es ist sch\u00f6n, dass sich der Zahn nunmehr Beschwerdefrei anf\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n

Auch wenn die ganze Sache aufgrund des hohen Aufwandes nicht ganz billig war (Ich bin gesetzlich krankenversichert und habe die Behandlung daher vollst\u00e4ndig selbst bezahlt) m\u00f6chte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, und mich noch einmal GANZ, GANZ HERZLICH BEDANKEN!!!!!!!!!!!! Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, da\u00df quasi schon ein Termin zur Extraktion im Raum stand, ist es gar nicht hoch genug zu bewerten, da\u00df Sie meinen Zahn aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach gerettet haben! :-)))<\/p>\n

Wenn man durch die frankfurter Innenstadt geht und Zahnarzt-Praxisschilder liest, erh\u00e4lt man den Eindruck, dass Implantologie \u201ethe next big thing\u201c ist und jeder Zahnarzt pl\u00f6tzlich ein Experte auf diesem gebiet \u2013 irgendwie habe ich den Eindruck, dass vor diesem (ertr\u00e4glichen) Hintergrund auch mal ein Zahn lieber gleich \u201eextrahiert\u201c wird, anstatt diesen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n
